Land off Dumers Lane
The Dumers Lane site is a gently sloping plot at the village edge, bordered by hedges and mature trees kept where possible. Early work will build low-rise homes and mixed-use units sited for light and views. Landscaping uses native plants, paths and shared green spaces that connect to nearby footpaths. Controls on disruption—limited hours, dust suppression and managed deliveries—are in place, and ecological surveys protect breeding birds and habitats.
